Live illustrations suit special occasion events, where you want to add a unique and special touch. Kaili is an experienced live illustrator and has worked at everything from luxury brand activations, store launches, weddings, big galas, and small and intimate VIP events. how long does it taKE?

Each person takes approximately 6-8 mins each, depending on the details of their outfit and styling.

how many people per illustration do you draw?

Kaili limits her live drawing portraits to a maximum of 2-3 people per illustration, so that as many people as possible have the opportunity to be drawn and take a custom artwork home.

how does it work?

As guests approach Kaili’s drawing desk, Kaili will list down their name and take a quick photo of the guest. That way, there is no queuing, and guests are free to enjoy the event. Kaili will work off the photographs to create your guests custom portrait.

Can the paper be customised?

Absolutely, the illustration paper is customised to your event with your logo or event name.

what do the live illustrations look like?

Kaili illustrates on a5 heavy card illustration paper.

Kaili can illustrate in a variety of styles and can adapt to the event or brand to suit the client. It’s a good idea to have a look through Kaili’s instagram to get an idea of what her signature live drawing style looks like.

Do you travel interstate and internationally?

Yes, Kaili does travel interstate and internationally for weddings and high profile events. Please note that for events located outside of Brisbane, will be subject to related travel expenses.

will you be able to illustrate everyone?

Unless you have a small intimate event, it is unlikely. Kaili works on a first in-first served basis.

How do I book?

The first step is to contact Kaili to check her availability and request pricing. If Kaili is available and accepts the booking, there is a 50% deposit payable to secure the date.
