Please provide:
A desk of 1 metre length and a chair at sitting height - a standard trestle table is ideal. If this is unavailable, please let me know and I can make other arrangements.
Good lighting is essential to ensure I can clearly see and create beautiful illustrations of your guests, so please make sure the area is well lit. If I’m positioned outdoors during the day, please ensure I am under cover or shade.

Due to the detailed nature and quality of my work, one person takes approximately 7-10 mins on size A5 paper . A couple takes approx 15-18 mins, and a group of 3 or 4 takes approx 20-25 mins. I don’t recommend more than 3-4 people per sketch. A good rule of thumb is to allow 6 people illustrated per hour.

Packages are based on number of guests, as well as how long it takes to draw each person.
If two people are illustrated together, it still counts as two individuals according to the package numbers.

I often use a combination of materials including pencils, markers and paint (either watercolour or gouache).
I also use heavy bristol artist paper to create my illustrations. All completed work is packaged
in a clear cellophane sleeve for protection.

The first step is to get in touch with me to see if I am available on your date. From there, I will send you a booking form to fill out so I can gather more details about your event. A 40% deposit is payable to secure your date and booking.
