Terms & Conditions

A 40% deposit is required upfront to secure your booking. Your event date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your event.

  • If your event is less than 1 month away at the time of booking, full payment is required to confirm the date.

  • Cancellations made within 1 month of the event date are non-refundable. If you cancel with more than 1 month’s notice, your deposit will be refunded in full, less a $100 cancellation fee.

  • If the final balance is not received by the due date, your booking may be cancelled.

  • If Kaili needs to cancel due to unforeseen personal circumstances (e.g. illness), a full refund will be issued.

  • If your event falls on a Public Holiday or other important event dates such as Melbourne Cup, New Years Eve etc, a surcharge will be applicable.

  • Events held outside of Brisbane or the Gold Coast central areas may incur a travel fee. Please contact Kaili for a custom quote.

  • Any parking fees related to the venue will be invoiced separately and are not included in the package pricing.

  • Kaili will illustrate as many guests as possible within the agreed time. However, she cannot guarantee the number of illustrations completed, as this depends on the pace and complexity of each sketch. Please refer to the FAQ on Kaili’s website for timing estimates.

  • Requests for Kaili to stay beyond the original booking time will be invoiced accordingly. Likewise, if more guests need to be illustrated than the package includes, additional time or illustrations will be quoted and invoiced.

  • By booking Kaili for your event, you acknowledge and consent to the potential use of photos and/or videos of her work and your guests for social media and promotional purposes.

  • You also consent to being added to Kaili Saba’s email list. You’ll only receive the occasional update (no spam) and can unsubscribe at any time.
